From order time frames to design files, these are answers to FAQ's
On our website we have our best selling products, however we can supply and decorate a full ranges from our suppliers. Full catalogues are available on our suppliers websites that can accessed via the brands page. Alternatively if you have a brief or have an idea of, shoot it through to us at hello@fullcowboy.com and we can get you back some options/pricing/mock ups.
We can assist with design aspects (small tweaks, making files print ready etc), but we are not a graphic design studio so we can't help you design a logo from scratch. We've got a heap of friends who can though, so if you need to be pointed in the right direction please just ask.
This does vary depending on the product and decoration method. However with apparel, if we can digitally print it, there is no minimums.
10-20 business days is the standard timeframe. However is something is urgent, we try to be as accommodating as possible and organise a rush job and turn it around in under 72 hours.
