The fine print (in plain English) Who can refer. Anyone. You don't need to be a Full Cowboy customer. Friends, family, businesses you work with — all good. You can't refer yourself. Who counts as a "new customer". Someone who hasn't placed an order with Full Cowboy in the last 12 months and isn't already in our active quote pipeline. We have the final call on whether someone qualifies. What triggers the reward. The new customer's first order only. The order has to be at least 20 pieces and the invoice has to be paid in full. Order count is the number of finished pieces on a single invoice. How we know you referred them. The new customer needs to mention your name when they're getting their quote, or in their first email/message to us. If two people both claim the same referral, the one named on the quote wins. How you get paid. Within 7 business days of the new customer's invoice being paid in full. We'll email you a digital gift card (Prezzee, Coles or Myer — let us know which). If the order is cancelled or refunded. If the job is cancelled or refunded after we've sent your gift card, we may ask for the gift card value back, or deduct it from your next reward. Unlimited referrals. There's no cap on how many people you can refer or how many gift cards you can earn. One reward per new customer. Each new customer can only generate one referral reward (their first order). Disclosing the deal if you promote us publicly. If you talk about Full Cowboy on social media (Insta, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and you're earning gift cards through this program, please mention you're part of our referral program — e.g. "#ad", "I get a gift card if you order", or similar. This is required by the ACCC for paid endorsements. Private recommendations to mates are fine — no disclosure needed there. Honest reviews only. The gift card is for the referral, not for leaving a review. If you choose to leave us a Google or Facebook review, please make it your honest opinion. We'd love a positive one but we'd rather have an honest one. Tax. If you're earning rewards as part of a business or sole trader activity, you may need to declare them as income. That's between you and your accountant — we just send the gift cards. Not for Full Cowboy staff. Current Full Cowboy employees and contractors aren't eligible. Privacy. If we collect your contact details to send you a reward, we'll only use them for that. We won't add you to marketing lists without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details. Changes. We may update or end this program at any time. Any rewards already earned before changes are made will still be honoured.
